Shipping and Discounts

We offer flat rate shipping of $7.00 to the contiguous 48 states. Shipping is FREE for orders over $49.00 (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Discount will be reflected in the shopping cart total.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is extra. Please email for shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii before purchasing.

We offer flat rate shipping of $7.00 to Canada. Shipping is FREE for Canadian orders over $200.00. Discount will be reflected in the shopping cart total.

Processing time is 2-7 business days (Monday through Friday) depending on the manufacturer. Most items are shipped by UPS or Fedex Ground. All items are shipped insured. Heavy items or large orders are shipped freight. You will be notified by email when your item ships along with a tracking number. Please email us at ask@bluemarblelighting.com for any further information.

Returns

The best way to begin the return process is to send us an email with your PO#, full name used for shipping and the reason for your return. We will then send you instructions on how and where to return your item. Return authorization must be received prior to returning your item.

All items have a 30 day return policy. This means, they can be returned for full credit of the purchase price (less shipping and a 20% restocking charge). The goods must be in "as-new" in the box condition, and be returned in their original packaging, including any manuals, warranty and other paperwork that may have shipped with the product. Items showing use, abuse or wear and tear will not be accepted for return credit. Please use a separate piece of paper to label your package and tape it to the outside of the box. Do not write directly on the box. Please include a copy of the packing slip inside the box to insure proper credit.

You are responsible for all return shipping charges. It is recommended that you ship via a traceable & insured method, such UPS or FedEx Ground, or by U.S. Postal Service-Insured. If you choose not to ship via a traceable method, you assume responsibility if the item is lost or damaged in shipment. No credits will be issued for products shipped by you, but not received by us, or received in damaged condition.

Once your package is received, a credit will be issued via the payment method originally used within 7 days.
