| Returns If you are dissatisfied with your merchandise, you may request to return or exchange it. All items have a 7 day return policy. This means, they can be returned for full credit of the purchase price (less shipping and a 10% restocking charge). The goods must be in "as-new" in the box condition, and be returned in their original packaging, including any manuals, warranty and other paperwork that may have shipped with the product. Items showing use, abuse or wear and tear will not be accepted for return credit. Please use a separate piece of paper to label your package and tape it to the outside of the box. Do not write anything on the box directly.

If you choose not to ship via a traceable method, you assume responsibility if the item is lost or damaged in shipment. No credits will be issued for products shipped by you, but not received by us, or received in damaged condition.
