I left enthusiastic positive feedback for you at eBay, but I wanted to take the time to write you directly to let you know how very pleased I am with the whole transaction and how smoothly things went. People are so often quick to complain and slow to compliment, and I didn't want to let more time go by before telling you how happy I am with your efforts.
You folks did a great job throughout, with excellent communication and followup post-sale. I had some reservations regarding the drop-shipment, but I needn't have worried, and you can rest assured all went well.  Each light arrived in a separate shipment a day apart, and everything went like clockwork. The FedEx tracking worked fine and the lights were carefully packaged, arriving undamaged and in a timely manner.  They were *exactly* as described and portrayed, and I am completely satisfied.
